Stone Soup Village Gatherings for Mamas and Babies
A Circle of Women’s Wisdom & Nourishment
From city porches to mountain hearths, Stone Soup Gatherings are blooming—simple, sacred spaces where village life is remembered and reborn. Together, we weave a living web of connection around new mothers and their babies, held by women of all ages: Maidens, Mothers, Queens, and Crones.
Twice a month, we gather with steaming soup, warm bread, and open hearts. We share stories, songs, and time-honored wisdom—belly mapping and baby soothing, herbal teas and ancestral ways. We build a postpartum soup bank and surround young families with practical love.
This isn’t just a moms’ group. It’s a sanctuary. A circle where no one walks alone, and every voice matters.
A Facilitator’s Guide is now available for those feeling called to host in their own communities.
We’re especially seeking Maidens and Wise Women to join our gatherings, make soup, offer presence, and help us hold the heart of the circle.
Hosts needed for Boone/Blowing Rock and South Charlotte/Fort Mill.
If you feel the stirrings of the village in your bones, we’d love to hear from you.
